দীর্ঘ গ্রীষ্মের ছুটি শেষে, রাজ্যের সব মাধ্যমিক এবং উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক স্কুলে পাঠ-প্রতিপালন ফের শুরু হয়েছে। দক্ষিণবঙ্গে এখনও গরম বেশি থাকায়, অনেক জেলার স্কুলে সকালে ক্লাস শুরু হয়েছে।
ছাত্রছাত্রীরা ইতোমধ্যেই আপনারা জেনে গেছেন যে,২০২৪ সালে প্রথমবারের মতো পশ্চিমবঙ্গ উচ্চমাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা সংসদ নতুন কারিকুলাম এবং পরীক্ষার পদ্ধতি নিয়ে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা নিয়োজিত করছে।
এই প্রেক্ষাপটে সময়োচিত প্রস্তুতির জন্য পরীক্ষার তারিখ আগেভাগেই ঘোষণা করেছে শিক্ষা সংসদ। আজকের আলোচনায় আমরা উচ্চ মাধ্যমিকের প্রথম সেমিস্টারের পরীক্ষার বিস্তারিত জানব।
রাজ্যে প্রথমবারের মতো উচ্চমাধ্যমিকে সেমিস্টার সিস্টেম চালু হওয়ায় এবং উচ্চ মাধ্যমিকের আংশিক সিলেবাসে পরিবর্তন আসায়, এবছর বই বিতরণ এবং ক্লাস শুরু হতে কিছুটা দেরি হয়েছে। এই কারণে, ছাত্রছাত্রীদের একাংশ ভেবেছিল যে, পরীক্ষার সময়সীমা শিক্ষা সংসদ পিছিয়ে দিতে পারে।
সংসদ সেমিস্টার পদ্ধতি চালুর সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই প্রাথমিক তারিখ নির্ধারণ করেছিল। ইতিপূর্বের বিজ্ঞপ্তি মোতাবেক সেপ্টেম্বর মাসেই প্রথম সেমিস্টারের পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। একাডেমিক ক্যালেন্ডারে রেজিস্ট্রেশন থেকে পরীক্ষার সব তথ্য প্রকাশ করেছে সংসদ।
আগের বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুযায়ী,১৩ই সেপ্টেম্বর থেকে৩০শে সেপ্টেম্বর২০২৪ তারিখের মধ্যে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিকের প্রথম সেমিস্টারের পরীক্ষা আয়োজন হবে। পরীক্ষার ধরণ হবে MCQ এবং উত্তর দিতে হবে OMR শিটে। ছাত্রছাত্রীরা নিজ নিজ স্কুলে এই পরীক্ষা দেবেন, এবং সেখানকার শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকারাই পরীক্ষা পত্র মূল্যায়ণ করবেন।
মূল্যায়নের পর, ছাত্রছাত্রীদের গ্রেড অনলাইন মাধ্যমে কাউন্সিলের নির্দিষ্ট পোর্টালে আপলোড করা হবে। সেইসাথে, পরীক্ষার জন্য তিন মাসের প্রস্তুতির সময় থাকবে। এর মাঝে, স্কুলের মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত অতিরিক্ত তথ্য জানা যাবে।

WBCHSE HS Exam Update: First Semester Exam Date for This Year
After a prolonged summer break, educational activities have finally resumed in all secondary and higher secondary schools across the state. Due to the lingering heat in South Bengal, several schools in some districts have started classes in the morning. Students are already aware that the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) is introducing a new curriculum and examination system for the Higher Secondary exams for the first time in 2024. Considering the students' preparation needs, the council has released the exam dates in advance. This report provides detailed information about the first semester exam for the Higher Secondary.
Since this is the first time the semester system is being introduced for Higher Secondary exams in the state, and with partial changes made to the Higher Secondary syllabus, there was a slight delay in distributing books and starting classes this year. As a result, some students speculated that the council might postpone the exam schedule. However, the council had previously announced an estimated exam date when the semester system was first introduced. According to the previously published notification, the first semester exam for the Higher Secondary will be held in September.
As per the earlier notification, the first semester exam for Higher Secondary will be conducted from September 13, 2024, to September 30, 2024. The questions for this exam will be in MCQ format, and the exam will be conducted using OMR sheets. Students will be able to take this exam at their respective schools. The teachers from their own schools will check the exam papers. After checking the papers, the marks obtained by the students will be uploaded to the council's designated portal online. Thus, students have only three months to prepare for the exam. They can obtain further details regarding the exam from their schools.
